Job summary

Wingstop is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure top-notch guest experiences on their shift. The role focuses on food quality, staff supervision, and maintaining brand standards while driving efficiency and a positive work environment.

The position involves training, scheduling, and coordination with the Restaurant General Manager to meet business goals. Must be 18+, with prior restaurant leadership experience preferred, and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role preferred.
• Must be able to fluently speak and understand English.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and manage restaurant staff during the shift.
• Train new employees in procedures, guest experience, and company standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Lead shifts by assigning tasks, managing breaks, and ensuring smooth hand-offs.
• Oversee cash handling and POS transactions during the shift.
