You will lead training, handle equipment issues, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining a positive team culture and high performance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and supervise a team.

• Able to communicate clearly with team and management.
• Experience coaching and training teammates is a plus.

Responsibilities
