Habit Burger & Grill in California is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee all FOH and BOH functions and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will work with the management team to manage food and labor costs, meet sales goals, and uphold food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of food service management experience or 2 years in other roles, plus a Food Manager or ServSafe certification, and the ability to train and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year managing food service or related operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager or ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations during shifts.
