• 2 years in other food service roles acceptable.
• Food Manager Certification and ServSafe required.
• Strong leadership and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Lead FOH and BOH staff and ensure service standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet customer service goals.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards across shifts.
• Monitor food quality, inventory, and labor costs.
