Job summary

El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader in Glendora, CA. The role oversees daily restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and adherence to EPL standards.

You’ll manage opening/closing, inventory, and food safety while guiding a team to meet service goals. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (GED) and at least 1 year of supervisory restaurant experience or completion of EPL SPECS.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash-related duties and deposits while on shift.
