Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members and ensure execution of Brand standards and guest service during shifts. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate staff with timely feedback.

Responsibilities include supporting the Restaurant Manager, ensuring food and beverage prep meets standards, managing inventory and cash handling, and handling customer issues to uphold the restaurant's reputation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met including food and beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans for adequate staffing.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks and ensure smooth workflow and resource usage.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for handoff and shift change.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory during the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies to protect the brand.
