Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operation.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and brand standards.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation meets brand standards.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies professionally.
• Manage inventory and cash over/short during shifts.
• Communicate shift priorities to the team and prepare the next shift.
