You’ll lead, coach, and support the team to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards while managing costs and ensuring compliance. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and guest-first service across fast-paced store environments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a positive team environment and ensure timely shift readiness.
