Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchisee is seeking a Shift Leader to drive store operations and deliver C.A.R.E. service. You will lead the team, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold quality standards including our Americas Best Coffee prepared fresh every 18 minutes.

You will support the General Manager, deploy crew, monitor drive-thru performance, and set goals. This role offers growth from within and the chance to become a future manager.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and the ability to lead during fast-paced shifts.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to coach a team.
• Comfort with store operations including drive-thru and quality control.
• Willingness to develop leadership skills under the General Manager.
