Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and drive guest satisfaction with a fun, engaging approach.
• Coach Team Members and ensure SOP and quality standards are followed.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and inventory management.
• Communicate priorities and delegate tasks for a smooth shift.
• Support the GM/AGM to meet goals and maintain brand standards.
• Provide strong team leadership and create a positive, inclusive culture.
