Job summary

Caribou Coffee Fletcher is seeking a Shift Leader to provide front-line leadership for daily store operations. You will guide the team, uphold brand standards, and ensure a welcoming, well-run coffeehouse environment.

This role requires leadership experience, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Targeted for candidates 18+, with a passion for guest connections and team development.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role, or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Flexible availability to meet business and scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations in partnership with GM/AGM.
• Train and coach team members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, quality, and store safety procedures.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and high guest engagement.
