Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader for the Cambridge, MN location to run a busy cafe in partnership with the General Manager. You will ensure brand standards, guest connections, and smooth shift operations to deliver exceptional experiences.

Lead a team, coach staff on responsibilities, promotions, and product knowledge; manage tasks, cash handling, safety, inventory, and deposits. Flexible scheduling and a strong hospitality mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience or training to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and available for varying shifts.
• Willingness to work different days/times as business needs change.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with brand standards and Guest connections on the floor.
• Ensure team understands roles, products, cleanliness, and directives.
• Delegate tasks, manage shift flow, and communicate on the floor.
• Coach Team Members on responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and recipes.
