San Antonio Wings LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations on assigned shifts, supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving goals. You will be the person in charge during your shift, ensuring top-notch service, food quality, and a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
