Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience.
• Prior leadership, trainer, crew chief, shift lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical job duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Support General Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving goals.
• Coach and develop team members; resolve guest concerns.
• Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Oversee opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and cash handling.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy work environment.
