Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Serve as person in charge during the shift and support management.

• Coach team members and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy work environment.
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
• Monitor labor, scheduling, inventory, and waste control.

• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
