Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work long hours, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical practices.
• Maintains shift coverage and responds to issues promptly to support customers and team.
