Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to guidelines and responsibilities for each station, including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude, and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains product quality, customer service and cost controls.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing cash, inventory, and adherence to company guidelines.
