Habit Burger & Grill in Florida is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee all FOH and BOH operations during a shift, ensuring a smooth guest experience and meeting sales goals while upholding health and safety standards. You will collaborate with the management team, recruit and train FOH staff, and supervise daily restaurant operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma, Food Manager Certification and ServSafe certification, plus leadership and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle requests with courtesy and speed.
• Recruit and train FOH staff to meet service standards.
• Train and develop FOH staff to enhance performance.
• Ensure team compliance with safety, sanitation, and appearance standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations during the shift.
• Increase sales by maintaining guest satisfaction and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of all areas.
• Lead opening/closing procedures with checklists.
• Prepare deposits and reconcile cash drawers from shifts.
• Assist in FOH/BOH positions as needed by business needs.
• Control food and labor costs to optimize profits.
