Jersey Mike's Subs Forest Trace is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and foster a team that delivers the Jersey Mike's “Sub Above” experience. You will lead by example, coach crew members, and ensure excellent guest service while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service.
• Leadership experience or readiness for a leadership role.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coaching ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with customers and teammates.
• Ownership, accountability, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Prepare fresh subs per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing.
• Assist with inventory, rotation, and reducing waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
