Lead with enthusiasm, coach the team, and manage operations to keep service smooth and engaging for guests. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adaptability across shifts, and upholding safety, cash handling, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role or properly trained for Shift Leader responsibilities
• Maintain flexible availability to support scheduling needs
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence, enthusiasm, and excellence
• Leads shifts with Make Fun Happen — keep the team engaged and the shift on track
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a clean, inviting environment
• Knows the day's deployment and roles, communicating on the floor to keep the shift moving
• Reads team needs, anticipates priorities, and delegates objectives accordingly
• Owns the shift and ensures a smooth hand-off to the next shift
• Upholds SOPs, quality, cash handling, and store safety
• Coaches and trains the team on responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and guest requests
• Performs administrative tasks with integrity, including deposits, inventory, and orders
• Develops Team Members through coaching and feedback
