Job summary

Caribou Coffee is hiring a Shift Leader to guide the team during each shift, uphold brand standards, and ensure a warm, Guest-centric experience. You will manage operations, coaching, and performance while keeping the store safe and inviting.

This role requires leadership experience, flexible availability, and a commitment to excellent service. You will report to store management and help drive sales and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or supervising shifts.
• Ability to adapt to changing store priorities and guest needs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with focus on brand standards, guest connections, and smooth operations.
• Motivate and coach team to deliver great guest experiences and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee procedures for cash handling, safety, and inventory control during the shift.
• Communicate deployment details and shift tasks clearly to the team.
• Ensure handoffs between shifts are smooth and responsibilities are understood.
