Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, Dunkin' franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to help run operations during a shift, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to standards.

You will coach Crew Members, manage shift tasks, and maintain cleanliness, safety, and product quality while controlling labor costs. This role requires English fluency, supervisory experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Be physically and mentally capable of learning to operate standard restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Responsibilities

• Manage the processes and people needed to deliver great guest experience during their assigned shift.
• Oversee preparation of products according to operational and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to Crew Members throughout the shift.
• Assign crew positions, set shift expectations, motivate team members and provide timely feedback.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and cash during shift.
• Ensure compliance with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
