Job summary

The Nothing Bundt Cakes #34 is seeking a Shift Leader to work with the Assistant Manager and team to ensure the highest-quality cakes, a welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. You will share in team leadership, drive sales and profitability, and ensure NbC standards across daily bakery operations.

Candidates should have 1-3 years of guest-facing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead alongside the Assistant Manager and team to drive sales and profitability.
• Execute day-to-day responsibilities and ensure bakery operations comply with NbC standards.
• Promote NbC culture and brand values to team members and guests.
