WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a small team during peak hours. This full-time role blends hands-on service with people leadership while maintaining wash quality and safety standards.

You'll train teammates, assist customers with wash packages, and ensure a smooth shift from opening to closing. We offer paid training, opportunities for advancement, and competitive hourly pay with tips.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Available evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
