WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader to drive the shift and support a fast-paced team. This full-time role offers paid training and opportunities to move into higher levels of responsibility. You’ll engage with customers, help select wash options, and ensure safety and quality across the shift.

The position emphasizes teamwork, active leadership, and a hands-on approach to daily operations. Starting pay is $15–$17 per hour plus biweekly tips, with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in leadership, retail, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and help oversee the team.
• Ensure team understands and completes responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality.
• Promote a positive, team-focused work environment.
