WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time role in a fast-paced car wash environment. You'll lead the shift, support the team, and ensure smooth operations while delivering excellent customer service. Training is provided and advancement from within is encouraged.

The position requires 18+ years old, a HS diploma, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability evenings/weekends. Pay starts at $15–$18 per hour plus biweekly tips, with performance bonuses and benefits.

Competenze

• 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Available evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.
