WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader to actively supervise daily shift operations and guide a team in a fast‑paced car wash environment. You will be on the floor with customers, ensuring service quality and smooth turnover during each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shift operations and team oversight.
• Ensure team understands and completes responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and wash quality.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment.
