Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and lead a frontline team. This full-time role offers paid training, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced car wash environment.

Applicants should be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and work evenings/weekends. Training provided; no prior car wash experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment
