Jersey Mike's Subs in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team and help deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience. You will oversee operations, train crew, and ensure high food quality while maintaining safety standards.

Expect an 35–40 hour workweek with a competitive hourly wage plus tips; opportunities for growth and benefits are available in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

Formación

• 1 year QSR experience.
• Serve Safe certification - Food Handler a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the management team.
• Producing high quality food and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Developing others for career growth.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
• Opening and closing of store.
• Manage and lead crew of 2–5 people per shift.
