Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and speaking.
• Basic math and writing skills.
• Experience in fast food or quick service restaurants.
• Strong guest focus with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and lead teams by placing the right people in roles.

Responsabilités

• Support training and development of Crew Members.
• Communicate shift goals and manage performance.
• Serve as a role model for guest service.
• Prepare food and beverages quickly and accurately.
• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru.
• Take orders and handle payments at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive attitude.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean and organized.
• Stock and organize inventory and refrigerated areas.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
• Drive urgency to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Reinforce proper use of systems, tools, and procedures.
