Qualifications

• Fluent English reading/writing and speaking.
• Basic math and writing skills.
• Previous fast food/quick service experience required.
• Strong guest-focused service mindset.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build and lead teams and celebrate success.
• Consistent follow-through of food safety and health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support training and development of Crew Members as directed by GM/ASM.
• Communicate shift goals and hold team accountable for performance.
• Serve as a role model for outstanding guest service.
• Prepare food and beverages quickly and accurately.
• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru.
• Take orders and handle payments at front counter or drive-thru.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and areas.
• Stock and organize inventory and refrigerated spaces.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
• Drive urgency to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Reinforce proper use of systems and procedures; fix deficiencies.
