Dunkin’ is hiring Shift Leaders in Exton, PA to coach Crew Members, set goals, and drive performance across each shift. You’ll model exceptional guest service and ensure quick, accurate food and beverage preparation while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

This role emphasizes training, accountability, and collaboration with management to uphold Dunkin’ standards, safety, and guest satisfaction on a fast-paced shop floor.

Formación

• Fluent English required.
• Basic math and writing skills.
• Previous experience in fast food or quick service restaurants is required.
• Strong guest focus with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams by placing the right people in the right roles.

Responsabilidades

• Support the training and development of Crew Members as directed by the General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Communicate shift goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
• Serve as a role model for outstanding guest service, always prioritizing our guests.
• Prepare food and beverages quickly and accurately.
• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru guests.
• Take orders and handle payments at the front counter or drive-thru (as applicable).
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive attitude.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean and organized.
• Stock and organize inventory and refrigerated areas.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
• Drive a sense of urgency to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Reinforce proper use of systems, tools, and procedures, correcting deficiencies as needed.
• Monitor quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the shift.
• Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are executed properly.
• Enforce compliance with cleanliness, food safety, health, and security policies.
• Report equipment issues and opportunities for improvement to management.
• Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies and procedures.
