Responsibilities include coordinating opening/closing, training staff, handling cash and deposits, and ensuring fast, friendly service. Prior supervisory experience is preferred and EPL Food Safety Audit may be required after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and update inventory.
• Maintain service speed and cleanliness to health standards.
• Prioritize tasks and adjust staffing based on sales volume.
• Train team on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash drawers, deposits, and shift audits.
