You’ll lead with confidence during peak times, manage real-time decisions, and foster a shift culture focused on accountability and performance. 18+ and food safety credentials required.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or shift-lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food Handler Certification required or obtained before first shift.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift from start to finish, coaching crew as needed.
• Direct daily operations to meet quality and safety standards.
• Protect guest experience with calm, professional handling of concerns.
• Monitor performance and drive profitability with the Store Leader.
