Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to help manage daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts, coaching team members, upholding standards, and driving operational excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and problem-solving as you mentor staff, ensure food safety, and maintain performance standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and leadership mindset.
• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Support cash handling and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changing responsibilities.
• Communicating restaurant needs and maintenance concerns management.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into any position as needed to support the success of the restaurant.
