Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in restaurant, retail, or leadership roles.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Experience using a POS system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Promote a positive team culture and lead by example.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and standards.
• Monitor ticket times and assist with timely orders.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changes.
• Help train and develop new team members.
• Step into other roles as needed to support success.
