Job summary

Far West Services, LLC is seeking an entry-level Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations. The role focuses on upholding Wingstop culture, coaching the shift team, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided, with clear upward mobility toward General Manager. The position requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, or holidays and a commitment to reliable

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Certification required once hired.
• 6 months experience using a POS system.
• Meet restaurant operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote Wingstop culture and mission.
• Assist and support the General Manager in meeting store goals.
• Drive operational excellence by increasing sales and controlling labor/food costs.
• Ensure a safe restaurant environment for team members and guests; foster a respectful culture.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events; set a positive example.
• Develop positive relationships with shift team; address motivation and concerns.
• Willing to assist other positions when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service with a guest-first attitude.
• Follow cash management and register policies; ensure proper cash handling.
• Resolve low-level guest issues efficiently and positively.
• Maintain facilities to Wingstop standards; communicate issues to Facilities.
• Coach and develop team using company tools; support from Restaurant Support Center.
