Job summary

Far West Services is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring food safety, timely orders, and strong team morale in a fast-paced setting. This role offers leadership growth and a path toward future management opportunities at our Wingstop franchise.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more in restaurant, retail, or leadership roles preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
• Support cash handling and ensure procedures are followed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift changes.
