Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and uphold service standards at our Wingstop franchise location. You will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts and ensuring guest satisfaction.

This role emphasizes food safety, team development, and timely order delivery, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and support restaurant performance.
• Coach and encourage team members during each shift.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are maintained.
• Monitor ticket times and help deliver orders within quoted readiness times.
