Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership or customer service experience.
• Willing to coach and develop others.
• Leads by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and exceptional service.
• Deliver outstanding guest experience ensuring the 'Sub Above' standard.
• Prepare fresh subs following Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach and support crew members during shifts.
• Assist with training and onboarding new staff.
• Maintain clean, organized, food-safe environment.
• Manage shift execution, opening/closing responsibilities.
• Assist with inventory and minimizing waste.
• Address customer questions professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager daily operations.
