Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Ensure brand standards, product quality, cleanliness, and guest connections.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities and promotions.
• Manage on-shift tasks, hand-offs, and role deployments for the shift.
• Uphold cash handling, store safety, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform administrative duties such as deposits and inventory as needed.
