Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Big Lake, Minnesota is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will ensure the team understands goals, products, cleanliness, and guest connections during each shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
