• Lead, monitor and coach team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to scheduled labor metrics while monitoring sales during the shift.
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and with integrity.
• Be proficient in all restaurant positions and work hands-on with the team.
• Contribute to an exceptional Guest experience and satisfaction.
• Assist with opening/closing duties including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Address Guest issues and report to the General Manager.
• Place, check in, and store food and orders.
• Perform daily temperature checks to ensure food safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun work environment.
• Communicate effectively with management about essential information.
• Report team member concerns to the General Manager.
