Job summary

JREllis Holdings, LLC seeks a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Tupelo, MS. You will motivate staff, ensure outstanding guest service, and drive sales while controlling costs in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has proven management experience in quick service or full-service restaurants, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read P&L statements. This is a hands-on, full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in a management role in a quick service restaurant, or one year in a management position in a full-service restaurant.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and possess basic math skills.
• Have working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, sales building, and a proven track record of controlling costs.
• Possess strong management, team building and communication skills.
• Possess knowledge of how to read and analyze profit and loss statements.
• Be dependable, hardworking and able to work a 35-40 hour week under pressure.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle for daily tasks as directed.
• Be eligible to work in the United States as required.
