Job summary

SeoulSpice is seeking a Shift Leader to guide restaurant operations during shifts. You’ll position the team for success, drive a fast, accurate service flow, and ensure guest satisfaction with high-quality food in a welcoming setting.

Lead from the front, coach teammates in the moment, and support the Kitchen Leader to maintain fresh, well-prepared dishes while upholding our standards and core values.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Active leadership position with essential duties performed on shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift with positive energy, organize the team, and communicate clear priorities
• Create a welcoming guest experience while keeping in-person and digital orders fast and accurate
• Coach Team Members, recognize great work, and provide helpful feedback
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, safe, and ready for service
• Handle guest concerns, complete daily shift responsibilities, and step into any station when needed
