Job summary

SeoulSpice in Washington is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team and manage restaurant operations during a shift, ensuring fast, accurate orders and a welcoming environment. You’ll coach staff, coordinate with Kitchen Leader and Sous Chef, keep the line stocked, and uphold high standards of food, service, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or customer service, including guiding or training others.
• Creates positive guest experiences and communicates clearly and respectfully.
• Can organize the team, set priorities, and stay calm during busy shifts.
• Leads by example, takes initiative, and maintains high standards for food, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift with positive energy, organize the team, and communicate clear priorities.
• Create a welcoming guest experience while keeping in-person and digital orders fast and accurate.
• Coach Team Members, recognize great work, and provide helpful feedback.
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, safe, and ready for service.
• Handle guest concerns, complete daily shift responsibilities, and step into any station when needed.
