Job summary

SeoulSpice is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to guide restaurant operations on a shift basis. You’ll position teammates for success, maintain a fast, accurate service flow, and ensure guests receive high-quality food in a welcoming environment.

You will lead hands-on with the team, coach in real time, and cover any station as needed. Partnering with the Kitchen Leader and Sous Chef helps keep the line stocked to meet demand while upholding quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or customer service, including guiding or training others.
• Creates positive guest experiences and communicates clearly and respectfully.
• Can organize the team, set priorities, and stay calm during busy shifts.
• Leads by example, takes initiative, and maintains high standards for food, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift with positive energy, organize the team, and communicate clear priorities.
• Create a welcoming guest experience while keeping in-person and digital orders fast and accurate.
• Coach Team Members, recognize great work, and provide helpful feedback.
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, safe, and ready for service.
• Handle guest concerns, complete daily shift responsibilities, and step into any station when needed.
