Job summary

SeoulSpice in Washington, DC is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team and manage restaurant operations during each shift. You’ll position teammates for success, maintain a strong pace of service, and ensure every guest receives high‑quality, freshly prepared Korean food in a welcoming environment.

Lead from the front by coaching in the moment and stepping into any station as needed, while coordinating with the Kitchen Leader and Sous Chef to keep the line stocked and service seamless.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Guiding or training others on the job.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead each shift with positive energy and organize the team.
• Create a welcoming guest experience with fast, accurate service.
• Coach team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, safe, and ready for service.
