Jersey Mike's Lynnwood is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional customer experiences and team development. You will lead shifts, train teammates, and ensure food quality and safety standards are met while maintaining efficiency and a positive work environment.

You will coach Crew Members, assist with onboarding, and support management to drive performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and strong customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure every customer feels a 'Sub Above'.
• Prepare fresh, high-quality subs per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members during each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution including opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and reducing waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
