Jersey Mike's Lynnwood is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will lead by example, manage shifts, and support the management team in delivering high-quality subs and service.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or customer service experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to train others in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and great service
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensure Jersey Mike's standards
• Prepare fresh subs and maintain food quality
• Coach and motivate crew members throughout shifts
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and standards
• Manage shift execution including opening/closing
• Assist with inventory, rotation, and waste reduction
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
• Support General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations
